PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the “Noncoal Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Act” and the “Clean Streams Law,” notice is hereby given that Heidelberg Materials Northeast LLC, 7535 Windsor Drive, Suite 300, Allentown, PA 18106, has made application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to transfer existing Surface Noncoal Mining Permit #8074SM2 and associated NPDES Permit No. PA0012904 from Highway Materials, LLC. 409 Stenton Ave., Flourtown, PA 19031. The mine site is located in Whitemarsh Township, Montgomery County and is known as the Plymouth Meeting Quarry. The permit area is 269.29 acres and is situated at 5100 Joshua Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. The Germantown, Pa., U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute topographic map contains the area described. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Montgomery County Conservation District, located at 143 Level Road, Collegeville, PA 19426.
