Notice is hereby given that Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at Harrisburg, PA, on December 3, 2025, for the purpose of obtaining a charter of a nonprofit corporation organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The name of the corporation is: YO! Book Festival The purposes for which it was organized are: Educational community book festival to be incorporated under the provisions of the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988.
