NEWSPAPER NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Janssen Biotech Inc. (Janssen), located at 200 Great Valley Parkway in Malvern, East Whiteland Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, intends to submit the application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to amend its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit for discharges of stormwater associated with Industrial Activity for its facility in East Whiteland Township, Chester County. This application is being submitted to amend the permit to change two outfall locations and adjust the drainage area for discharges to Valley Creek, an Exceptional Value watershed due to construction activities. The Janssen facility currently operates under NPDES Permit No: PA0245020. Janssen intends to submit the amendment application by November 30, 2025. The application is made under the provisions of the Clean Streams Law, the Act of June 22, 1937, PL 1987, as amended.
