LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID ON REAL ESTATE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Lower Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is accepting bids for the sale of a portion of real estate located at 2199 Buchert Road, Pottstown (Lower Pottsgrove Township), Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, having Parcel Identification No. 42-00-00741-28-8. The aforementioned portion of real estate consists of approximately 1.049 acres and is improved with a professional office building with a gross building area of approximately 7,160 square feet, which is known and utilized as the Lower Pottsgrove Township Building (the “Real Estate”). Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 8, 2025 at the Lower Pottsgrove Township Building, 2199 Buchert Road, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464. If a bid is mailed, the bidder should allow adequate time for delivery. All bids must be sealed and plainly marked “Attention: Township Manager, Lower Pottsgrove Township Property Bid.” The bid award, if any, will take place on December 18, 2025 at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Pottsgrove Township to be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Lower Pottsgrove Township Building, 2199 Buchert Road, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464. The Real Estate is sold subject to all the terms and conditions stated in the Conditions of Sale of Real Estate located at the Lower Pottsgrove Township Building, 2199 Buchert Road, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464, during normal business hours. All bidders shall carefully review these documents. The successful bidder shall be required to pay in full the purchase price for the Real Estate within 60 days of acceptance of the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to pay all costs of transfer of the Real Estate, except for the cost of the preparation of the deed.
