ELECTRONIC BIDS will be received by the Montgomery County Correctional Facility at 60 Eagleville Road, Eagleville, Pennsylvania 19403, until 9:30 A.M. Prevailing time on December 30, 2025. Electronic Bids will be uploaded through the Bonfire website and opened publicly by the Warden or his designee at 10:00 A.M. on the same day at One Montgomery Plaza, Norristown, Pennsylvania. Furnishing and Delivering Milk and Drink Products for the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, 60 Eagleville Road, Eagleville, Pennsylvania 19403 beginning January 24, 2026 and ending January 24, 2027 in strict accordance with the specifications. Montgomery County has transitioned to Bonfire, a web-based eProcurement service, for our solicitations. Current solicitations may be viewed through the Bonfire website; however, vendors are required to register with Bonfire in order to download documents and submit proposals. We ask that all vendors take the opportunity now to register with Bonfire to ensure your company receives notification of future bid opportunities with Montgomery County.
