CITY OF TRENTON – NOTICE Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Trenton, NJ, held on May 5, 2026, the following ordinances were introduced and read, and passed on first reading: 26-039ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF THE ABANDONED CITY PROPERTY LOCATED AT 271 TYLER STREET TO JUPITERMESTATE LLC, AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO DEMOLITION UNDER THE NEIGHBORHOOD REDEVELOPMENT AND REVITALIZATION PROGRAM 26-040AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REPLACING ORDINANCE 26-026, AMENDING CHAPTER TWO (2) ARTICLE XI, (BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE TRENTON CITY CODE) INCREASING MEMBERSHIP TO THE MULTICULTURAL HERITAGE BOARD FROM 15 TO 17 MEMBERS The said ordinances will be further considered for final passage by said City Council at a meeting of that body to be held in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 319 E. State Street, Trenton, NJ, on May 19, 2026 at the hour of 5:30 p.m., prevailing time, at which place and time all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning said ordinance. Copies of the introduced ordinance(s) are available in the Clerk’s Office or on the City’s website.
